Provide more details and upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Walking difficulties at this age can be due to many causes like parkinsons disease, multiple systems atrophy, cerebellar atrophy, Spinal diseases, neuropathy and joint disorder.

A complete neurological examination is required to spear head approach for investigation and treatment.

For how long these symptoms present?
Is he having any headache, visual loss, memory impairment, slowness in activities, falls, neck pain, urinary complains, tremors of limbs, excessive tightness of limbs?
Any sensory loss in limbs, any muscle wasting or thinning of limbs?

Any neurological examination done so far or any treatment given.
Physiotherapy is necessary part of every rehabilitation but diagnosis is required to treat effectively.
Provide more details.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
