Question : Hi i am 24F. From last 1 week i am not able to see the things properly from my left eye. Every things get blurred, not able to identify face or letter. It looks like sinusoidal wave type. In our family every one's eyesight are Ok.

Diminution of vision in left eye is alarming.
The left eye has to be examined without any further delay.
There are multiple causes of painless loss of vision.
Kindly, try of memorize if there was any history of trauma to the left eye.
Trauma can lead to many conditions which can cause loss of vision.
Some of these causes are vitreous hemorrhage, optic neuritis, optic atrophy, retinal detachment.

I suggest you to ophthalmologist for assessment of visual acquity and examination of the eye as soon as possible.

Although i have fixed up an appointment on tuesday. As per symptoms i have googled it and i am very much afraid. Symptom is similar to cataract disease. But i can't understand that things get blurred suddenly, no prior realisation. As per past last night I had gone through highly concentric work like knitting. Also last year at the same time I had suffered from depression for 3 months. Soon I have recovered. ...please help me out....

Cataract is unlikely at the age of 24 years and cataract is usually bilateral, one eye affected more than the other.
Unilateral diminished vision is likely to be due to other causes.
An examination of the eye is required.
Treatment of the condition can be done after diagnosis.
