Brief Answer:
Get a culture report of the dirt balls.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I don't feel this is your imagination yet. I will advise you to collect the dirt balls in your pad and get a culture sensitivity report .

In this way you can know the organism causing the infection and thus appropriate medicines can be started .

Also this way your gynecologist also will be assured that you are not imagining the problem.

I will also advise a sonography of uterus since you had an ablation last year which can be a cause of long term infection.
