I have never seen anything like this before. That makes it seem highly irregular
Brief Answer:
Most of the time its physiological or benign.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
I Will explain in detail what it could be.
There are two types of discharge physiological and pathological.
If you have clear discharge from both breast with some stimulation its mostly physiological. If you have discharge from only one breast or bloody discharge or discharge with some mass in breast then its pathological discharge.
Physiological discharge may be due to some stimulation to your breast be constant squeezing with your bra or jogging or by othermean. Just leave it untouch for sometime. It will improve. If you have pathological discharge then you should go for fufther investigation like laboratory test of discharge and mammography.
Hope I have answered your question, if you still have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.

It was from only one breast. Pathological then. I am headed to my doctor in a few hours. Can you give me any idea what to expect?
Brief Answer:
You should go for investigation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
If you have discharge from only one breast then it may be pathological. There are many causes like fibrocystic disease, nipple adenoma, duct ectasia etc. You should go for further investigation. Cytolog of discharge material is advisable. If any mass lesions is seen then you should go for fine needle aspiration cytology. Mammography is also helpful.
Hope I have answered your question, if you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer you.
