Brief Answer:
Stones in the urinary tract

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You seem to have expelled a small stone from the urethra. This stones are generally formed because of various metabolism and filtering actions at the kidney level. Smaller stones lesser than 5 mm and sometimes up to 10mm are likely to pass spontaneously. Something of this had happened with you as well. Many a time it be associated with blood but few instances it would not have blood.
The other reason could be mass from the prostate.
Neverethless you should get examined by a Urologist and may be CT scan Kidney bladder and ureters to check for more stones in the tract.
