Brief Answer:
Oral submucus fibrosis and cheek bites.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. These seem to be cheek bites and oral submucus fibrosis due to repeated mucosal injury.

2. Get a dental opinion and upload a close-up image of the inside of the cheeks if possible.

3. Some of these changes are irreversible, hence treatment consists of preventing further damage to the delicate lining of the cheeks and oral cavity, multi-vitamins, minerals, steroids and avoiding very hot and spicy food.

If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
