Sun sensitive skin
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached picture.
You surely have redness in the chest and neck region .
Such a skin erythema could be suggestive of sun sensitivity.
In addition to face, use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .
Apply it over all the exposed areas.
Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly .
Since there is no itching ,there is no need for topical steroid application .
Simply coverage of the areas while out in the sun and using a sunscreen would help in reducing the redness and restoration of normal skin color .
