Question : i AM HAVING SOME DISCOLORATION ON MY PENILE HEAD.IT WAS ONE BLACK SPOT AND NOW IT SEEMS TO HAVE INCREASED INTO AN YELLOWISH COLOR.IT IS ON THE PENILE HEAD AND THERE IS SOME AMOUNT OF SORENESS.THERE IS NO ITCHING
