Posted on Tue, 16 May 2017
Question: I have just had a root canal and am obviously in some discomfort. But I also use warfarin as a blood thinner. My question is can I take tylenol or advil for a few days due to the warfarin use. Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Yes, you can!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can take Tylenol or advil without any fear. This will not cause any additional rsik out of proportion. The gains with your pains being better controlled outmatch any possible risk at this time.

I wish you well. Let me know if there is something more you want us to talk on.
