Brief Answer:
CHANCES OF A URINARY TRACT CANCER ARE REMOTE

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
The chances of it being bladder or urinary cancer are remote.
Have you had any blood in urine ?
It could be mild subclinical urinary tract infection.
Apart from a CAT scan, I would also advise an ultrasound of the kidneys, ureter and bladder to pick up any possible stones.
If the CT scan was clear, chances of a cancer are very remote.
Of course, only cytology would confirm it, so go ahead and get that done.
Drink lots of water, atleast 5 litres per day.
Get your calcium and vitamin D levels and TSH ( thyroid ) levels checked to rule out other possible causes of the back pain and pelvic pain.
A pelvic sonogram also should be done
Sometimes, fibroids or ovarian cysts cause such symptoms by pressing on the bladder and vagina.
Do not worry about a cancer, I think it is least likely.
All the best

MAYBE SEEN IN INFECTION OR STONES

Can you upload the urine test result ?
As such, mild blood cells are seen in a mild infection or urinary tract stones also.
Cancer again is a very remote possibility.
