You may be suffering from urinary tract infection.
If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you following,
1.Urine culture and sensitivity test.
2.After sending urine for test , start with a broad spectrum antibiotic, till waiting for test result.
3.Urine alkalizer.
4.Plenty of water.
Consult your doctor for the same as you may require prescription for medicines.

You can start with plenty of fluid, and getting your urine test done.
You have to see your doctor for prescription of medicines.
You can start with cefexime, but these are prescription medicines.
