What Causes Discomfort In Area Between Anus And Scrotum And Smelly Thighs?

Question: Hi Doctor. I have had this discomfort in the tract between anus and where the scrotum ends, on sitting for long hours for the last 5 months now. It feels as if my inner thigh swells and stick to each other and it hurts if I lean forward while sitting . I also showed myself to a physician 2 weeks ago to whom it looked like a fungal infection. I have been applying a fungal cream and it feels a little better than before. So I have attached the most recent pictures. Please let me know what this could be or if I should show it to a specialist. Few of the things that concern me is whether it could be due to an STD( I tested last year and was negative for all and I have been having unprotected sex with my girlfriend in the last 6 months). Also, the fact that we haven't gotten pregnant even without protection concerns me if this could be related to infertility. I know I sound like a hypochondriac but this constant discomfort has led me to think of these possibilities. Thanks for your response.
