Question: I have a discomfort in my clitoris area. There is a throbbing with the constant erge to pee. When I do pee not much comes out. I cannot lay down, because of the discomfort. I also have a pain in my side. Is this a urinary infection? I've never had one.

Brief Answer:
You have infection of urinary bladder and urethra.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

From your symptoms it appears that you have infection of urinary bladder and urethra. Please consult your doctor. Since you have significant symptoms they may prescribe broad spectrum antibiotics like Azithromycin without waiting for urine culture sensitivity results.
I hope this helps.
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.
