Brief Answer:
Thisis not normal and requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
PRK is refractive laser surgery to correct refractive error. It should correct the refractive error completely.
A refractive error of 1dioptre astigmatism is not normal and this may indicate healing problem following PRK.
You can wait till a maximum of 3months by which the surface of cornea should heal and there should be complete recovery of vision.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
