after an infection i have some discomfort in my right testicles,

Thanks for your query,based on the facts and reports that you have posted it appears that you have infection of Rt. Epididymis(Epididymitis).
You have been rightly prescribed Ciprofloxacin and anti inflammatory drug like Ibugesic.
The main cause of the discomfort in testis is due to Epididymitis.
Please note that Epididymitis takes long time to get cured completely hence you will need to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication for 4 weeks.
