Brief Answer:
Orchitis most likely....

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I read your medical history, and your symptoms and my answer is as follows:

Since the doctors have removed your bladder and now you have what we call neo-vesicae (new bladder) which is formed by the small intenstine, the natural ambient of the urine has changed. That means that there is an elevated possibility for you to have urinary tract infection and also changes in the urine electrolytes. Exessive amount of calcium in some patients. This elevates the risk of having inflammation of the testis that we call orchitis.

So, probably this is what is happening to you. Inflammation of your testes. Don't worry, it is not a serious problem. You can use ibuprofen for the pain.

If i were your caring doctor i would recommend to do an ultrasound of your testes just to be sure that there is nothing wrong.

Another possibility is that you have liquid accumulated in your testis (hydrocele) and even this is nothing to be worried.

If you have other questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

Wishing you all the best.
