What Causes Discomfort Of The Glans Penis After Oral Sex?

Question: Hello , my question is that the other night during oral sex I felt a slight discomfort on the top head of my penis. On the surface. However during sex I was fine and with an erection I am fine. But since then two night ago in that same spot it is tender/ sore but only when something rubs against it. If I rub my finger across the head just gently it's sore. There is no redness, spots or itching. Nothing but that sore feeling in that one spot . I can even squeeze it and it does not hurt only when the skin is rubbed.. It is better today but still tender. I am 36 male and monogamous

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have slight discomfort of the glans penis after oral sex This is mostly due to minor trivial injury to your glans penis that you sustained during rough vigorous oral sex .

Do not worry this will get cured within 4-5 days.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
