                                            Question : Hello. Aproximately 4 weeks ago I felt some discomfort on right flank-iower back while doing eliptical machine. 2 weeks ago it got worse with spasms and on gain off again pain and discomfort. I have no blood in my urine. I am urinating fine no pain, No fever. Ice and pressure seems to help. However it does come back.
