Question : about 3 or 4 days ago I started feeling full and it feels like my stomach has dropped and I feel like I have some kind of acid indigestion in my throat

From the history you have given it looks like you are suffering from gastritis. Here is what you should do

1. Tab omeprazole with domperidone is the ideal tablet for you. It has to be taken once daily before food
2. Avoid milk, milk products and caffeine until you are better
3. avoid spicy and oily food
4. eat on time and at regular intervals. Do not skip meals
5. Do not sleep immediately after dinner, stay upright for 2 hours
5. Do not engage in bending exercises
