Question : I have discomfort under the left testis around my pelvis, what can cause this ?

Could be due to Varicocele.

Thanks for your query.
The discomfort in groin around Lt Testis could be due to Varicocele .However it needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and colour Doppler study of scrotum.

Please go ahead and get it done .
In the meanwhile if you are embarrassed by it may take pain killer like Brufen twice daily .
