Brief Answer:
Observation for now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Rosecian79,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

If you did not lose consciousness, you may wait and observe for some time-may be a few hours. If the symptoms don't improve or there is any further deterioration in orientation/consciousness, then you should visit an ER and get a CT scan of head to rule out any intracranial injury.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
