I can understand your concern.
Size of body and face is determined by genetic and environmental conditions.
You have not given details of your age , high and weight.
If you are under or at par weight then there are chances some fat depositing in your face with age.
It is not possible manually or by medicine to increase the size of face or head for that matter.
Though there is advantage of face little smaller than body that you look younger for a long time.
