Brief Answer:
Thyroid function tests should be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Disturbed sleep at night and frequent wakeing and nauseating feeling could be due to hypothyroidism.
As you have mentioned that you are suffering from hypothyroidism, this could be a reason for disturbed sleep.
In case you are taking medication, you need to get your thyroid function tests and get your drugs reviewed by your doctor.
Nausea could also be due to upper gastrointestinal upset.

However, get your thyroid function tests done and get them reviewed.
The nausea can be avoided by taking some medication for nausea.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

What medicine is good for nausea? Would I take it prior to bedtime or when the nausea hits?

Brief Answer:
Drug(s) depend on the symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Medication depends on your exact symptoms.
If the nausea is associated with gastritis, you need to take a combination of drugs which prevent gastritis, regurgitation of gastric contents and also prevent nausea.
There are many drugs for this purpose, however, domperidone is a drug commonly used for nausea and vomiting.
Proton pump inhibitors are a group of drugs commonly used for gastritis.

You can take the drug and observe whether you feel relived or not.

Thanks and take care
