Imaging findings, kindly refer detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Diverticulosis is a condition in which there is formation of pouch like structures arising from the wall of intestine.
Diverticulosis is most common in the colon or large intestine.
Diverticulitis is inflammation in the diverticuli formed due pressure imbalance or weakening of the wall of the intestine.
Thus, your report says that there is formation of outpourings arising from the large intestine but without any evidence of inflammation.

Low attenuation is the term used in imaging like CT scan.
Low attenuated lesion is a lesion where blood supply is low.
Thus, a less vascular lesion is identified in the liver, however, the lesion is too small to be characterized.
Probably, some more investigations like aspiration cytology or biopsy will be required to characterize the lesion.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
