Brief Answer:
Rest at present.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic. From the information you have given, it would be difficult to rule out a significant head injury. Other signs to be aware of would be nausea and vomiting, excessive drowsiness, severe headache, balance or vision problems. Also clear fluid leaking from the ears or nose or bleeding from the ears. If you develop any of these, I suggest you go to the ED. Otherwise rest as much as possible. If the dizziness is still present in 24 hours, I suggest you see a doctor.
Take paracetamol and ibuprofen if you have a headache.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger
