What Causes Dizziness After An Episode Of Cold?

Question: I have been dizzy and light headed for three days. I had a cold about a week BBC ago, my v ears don't hurt. If I tilt my head, look down, stand up I get dizzy, turning over in been also. What can I do? My BP is good and so is blood sugar

Please tell me what medicines are you taking for cold?
You should take tablet promethazine twice daily for dizziness.
Avoid driving.
Take rest and take a good diet.
