Question : Twice now I was volunteering at a busy noisy place and experienced out of nowhere feeling of dizziness, that I was going to pass out and had to hang on to stand up?

You are having acute vertigo possibly due to loud noise exposure. Take tablet promethazine twice daily for 5 days.
Avoid any XXXXXXX phone usage and ear phones usage.
