Question : Why do I OCCASIONALLY feel lightheaded after taking my BP meds (Hydrochlorot 50 mg) & my vitamin (Centrum Silver) in the morning. I've never noticed this when I was taking 25 mg of HTZ)

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms of light headache you have reported after taking these drugs. The 50mg might be causing a greater drop in your blood pressure which explains this feeling. I will like that you go ahead and control your blood pressure after taking this drug(both the 25 and 50mg) to see what the difference is. If the problem is a greater than desired drop in blood pressure, I will suggest that you go ahead an talk to your doctor about reviewing this drug and adjusting the dosage.
