Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have listed these common causes of your symptoms-
1)Diabetes
2)Thyroid disorder
3)Obesity
4)Chronic depression
5)Substance abuse(alcoholism)
6)Chronic fatigue syndrome
7)Somatic symptoms

I suggest you to get yourself evaluated for blood sugar and thyroid function tests.
Also tell-
1)Are you obese?
2)History of alcohol intake?
3)HIstory of depression?
If positive in your case, any of the above causes may be causing your symptoms.
If no obvious cause is detected, you should seek a psychiatrist's opinion.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.
