Brief Answer:
Epistaxis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
Bleeding from the nose can be due to cause in the nose or a systemic disease.
In your case , from the complaints it seems you have some nasal pathology causing epistaxis. It it can be a nasal septum deviation or polyp or some mass.
My advice is you should get yourself examined by an ENT SPECIALIST and get a CT paranasal sinuses done.
Put xylometazoline nasal drops 2 drops three times a day. It will help to cause vasoconstriction and decrease bleeding.
Please tell me are you taking any medicines?
Any history of alcohol intake?
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
