Question : My husband is complaining of being dizzy, faint, tingling in his face and hands, his tongue feels that, and he is shaky. He has had some history of sugar and balance, he also that's a lot of muscle spasms which may not be related to this.
Brief Answer:
Few possibilities
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Sorry to hear about your husband's symptoms.
IS he on any medicines for diabetes? What is his age?
The symptoms could be due to low blood sugars or due to an infection.
It would be good to do a blood sugar profile and CBC ( complete blood count) and a urine routine test. CBC and urine test are done to rule out any infection.
He will also require a detailed examination.
