Brief Answer:
Meniere's disease needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

In the absence of any discharge or infection in the ear or recent upper respiratory tract infection, the symptoms you have described seems to be related to Meniere's disease.

Further evaluation of the ear and few investigations such as audiometry with or without MRI of the brain are required to confirm the same.

You can try taking over the counter medicines such as betahistine 3 times a day till you consult your doctor. Salt free diet, reduction of stress and avoidance of coffee/caffeinated drinks can alleviate your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query, revert back to me if you have any follow-up queries.
