Brief Answer:
consider adding an antiemetic as well

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common causes of your symptoms would be viral infection (as suggested), meniere's diease, BPPV ( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) and vestibular neuritis.

The last 3 are conditions of the inner ear, they are not life threatening but uncomfortable/ disabling.
They can cause the dizziness, nausea and vomiting but in most persons, lethargy is not present.

Your doctor would have excluded BPPV by performing certain maneuvers in office.
Meniere's would also have ringing or other abnormal sounds in the ear and hearing loss.

The lethargy may indicate a viral infection which unfortunately would have to run its course.
In addition to rest, using an anti emetic such as dramamine, for a short time, would help.
Dramamine would help with both the vomiting and the dizziness.

Unfortunately the symptoms can last a 1 to 2 weeks in some. Rarely longer.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
