                                            Question : I am experiencing dizziness and a pulsating feeling in my tongue. This has been happening for a few weeks periodically.

The cause of dizziness and pulsating feeling in likely to be due the following reasons
1. Anemia: Reduced hemoglobin level can cause such symptoms
2. Hypertension: Increased blood pressure may sometimes give rise to either throbbing headache or pulsation in tongue
3. Hyperthyroidism
