Question : Dear Sir
How r u doing ? I am glad to inform you that my rating for overall health has improved from 6 to 7 during last 10 days. Just reiterating the dosage prescribed by you. Really thankful to HCM for giving me a chance to get in touch with you
1. Rablet L - Morning empty stomach
2. Acogut 100 mg 3 times before meal
3. Econorm Caps 3 times before meal
4. Pankreoflat 3 times before meal
5. Mucaine Gel - 3 times before meal
6. Pantocid 40 mg - evening
Evening bloating is reduced after I started taking Pantoprezol.
I have been taking medications since last 21 days now.
At times I feel little breathlessness which remains for half an hour and I feel its because of gas. Some times I feel little dizziness which I am able to overcome .
Please let me know the further course of action.

It's good to hear that you are improving gradually.

Usually, a patient takes 21 days to respond but you are feeling better in 10 days.Its a good sign

You are on my medications from last 10-12 days I guess.

The further course of action continues same treatment, have patience.
Our next target is to reach from 7 to 8 in next 14 days.

Mild symptoms would be there don't worry too much about them.

Don't worry initial treatment would be given for 2 months there after we can start tapering few drugs.

yes sir I am following the diet. Having yogurt, curd buttermilk. Non spicy food. oats etc. Vegetables like bottle gaurd and ridge gaurd.

Anythings else which I can have provided its available in India?

One last question. Since u have prescribed me Pantoprazole 80mg in evening I am taking 2 tablets of Pantocid 40mg at a time. I hope I am taking the medication in correct manner
