Question: My bp at work was 96/70 pulse 78 i feel anixous and dizzy at times

I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms may be related to menopause and aren't related to cardiac issues. Appart from anxiety they are harmless and self limited.

However, if the anxiety and symptoms increase in intensity I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms:
- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Cervical spine x-ray
