Brief Answer:
May be congenital heart disease.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir/madam

Welcome to healthcare magic

Lips turning to bluish in color and face turning to white are the signs of cyanosis and hypoxia.

These signs occur when ever there is mixing of venous blood with arterial blood. As your symptoms are aggravated on doing excessive physical activity, I strongly suspect that you might have a small ventricular septal defect or patent ductus arterisus. These small defects will aggravate in adolescence age even though it is present from the birth.

I strongly recommend you to do a 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY testing and follow up.

Hope I cleared your questions

Thanks

Thank you very much for the reply. Do you think it has anything to do with my heart or maybe brain? I have done blood tests in the country and they haven't noticed anything . Only I have a mild low blood pressure. I had a missed abortion two weeks ago do you think it had anything to do with it?

Brief Answer:
It is related to cardiovascular problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

Mild low blood pressure and missed abortion does not have any relation with your problem.
Thus appears more like heart or vascular problem.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for evaluation of cardiovascular status by echo and other investigations.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Brief Answer:
This requires evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up.

These symptoms of nunbness sometimes on crackling neck may indicate damage or injury to the nerves in the neck which is resulting in numbness.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and evaluation of cervical part of tge spinal cord and neck by investigations like CT or X ray of the neck and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.
