After this injection shots and tramadol ,My life become miserable I think my head will burst my eyes will come out .I am not able to hear in one side ,weakness,3 kg lost in 10 days.I learned on internet that what he gave me was actually steroid and which will stay in my system for 3 months.I have never taken pain killers in my life or any high power medicine because it makes me dizzy.

I consulted ent, same orhto ,neurologist,Internal medicine but all have opinion all above symptoms are because of stress or tramadol.but tramadol I left 7 days before and used just for 3 days.I done reports all were normal except wbc counts shown 22 thousand, but internal medicine doctor says wait for 2 months that it will come down as it seems to be due to injection

Please guide me as this devil injection is going to stay in my system for 3 months ,so what precaution I have to take as I noticed whenever I am eating something I feel very acidic .My mouth has burning sensation .doctor prescribed me pantoprazole for 7 days, but how I will save my stomach from ulcer for 3 months. And what precautions I have to take to avoid stomach upset or ulcer or any other side effect.

Brief Answer:
Side effects are not due to the steroid. Could be infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

If he has given the injection into the SI joints, then you don't need to worry because there will be very few systemic effects.

Usually with steroid injection there will be weight gain and not weight loss. So since you aren't experiencing weight gain it means that you aren't suffering from the side effects of the injection at all. Steroid does not cause rise in WBC level as well.

Regarding the acidity, also take Syrup Sucralfate 2 teaspoons thrice a day half an hour before meals for 15 days. This will give profound relief.

You could also be having vitamin deficiency. So take Tablet Neurobion forte twice a day for 2 months.

You seem to have an infection which is why your WBC Count is high. Most commonly urinary tract infection causing burning sensation on passing urine. Drink 2-3 litres of water daily. Drink cranberry juice. Watch plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.

I suggest you get tested for urinary function to rule out urinary tract infection because this can explain most of the symptoms.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Thanks Sir for your reply.I have attached my reports .Please check report one day before injection and yesterday report. Duprifos Injections were given in lower back muscle , not in joint.

Internal medicine doctor says wbc counts are due to injection , he asked to wait for 2 months and will recheck again. If this counts are related to infection then will it be problem in waiting for 2 months?

Stomach reflux or acidity is coming back within few days of stopping tablet.so is there any herbal option which I can continue for 2 monthsalso it should protect from any ulcer.my mouth also feels burning sensation in tongue, and jaw.
Thanks & Regards

Brief Answer:
Not high WBC. Sucralfate needed. Neurobion needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the reply.

Your total WBC count appears normal even though mild increase in Neutrophils. Nothing to worry.

There may be higher chances of infection after the injection but won't cause major risk with only single dose.

You need to get Upper GI Endoscopy done to look for stomach ulcer. Please take Sucralfate syrup as advised. Take Neurobion forte tablet to reduce chances of mouth ulcer.
