Question : Every time I have my period I feel sick with lightheaded, dizziness and my feet get cold why is that ?

Some women do get lightheaded, dizziness and cold feet during periods.

It is due to hormonal and hemoglobin changes.

I will advise you to get your hemoglobin checked as these can be signs of anemia.

but I eat well I like to get green in smoothie every morning I eat beans things with iron and I get iron vitamins. Do you suggest to go to see a DR ?
