Question: My daughter who is 24 years old is facing this problem. She suddenly feels the reeling sensation and feels coldness in the body. After 5 minutes, she recovers herself and becomes alright. We have consulted doctors, who have not told any reason except general weakness. Otherwise, she is healthy. Recently she is complaining about pain in the neck,

Brief Answer:
it may be benign peroxysmal positional vertigo.

Detailed Answer:
hello,welcome to HCM,
i appreciate your concern over your daughter Mrs XXXXX
the symptoms you are telling may be caused by generalised weakness,Benign pperoxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV),pregnancy, severe anaemia, cervical spondylosis, some metabolic conditions like diabetes, hypothyroidism etc.
you need to tell me the previous reports you have done.if all the reports are normal or any metabolic activity that was properly treated but symptoms persists then it may be due to BPPV.
BPPV can be treated by simple exercises and vestibular sedatives.your doctor knows that.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
regards.
