Please give some more details.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach the blood work (if it was done on ER)? What is your blood pressure and heart rate? How often do you urinate? Is your urine dark? Do you have diarrhea or vomiting? Do you have any chest pain? Do you have headache?

I`m looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards.

There was blood work done in ER but it was all normal. Not sure what BP was but didnt mention it being high or anything. I do not have any vomiting, I did have some diarrhea Saturday night after the 2 bags of saline fluid I got but that has stopped. No chest pain. I did have a headache Saturday and did have one today but I took 1 excedrin migraine and that went away. I urinate probable once an hour and its not dark or anything. No strong odor to it.

Brief Answer:
If your heart rate is fine, no need to visit ER.

Detailed Answer:
But, what is your current heart rate and blood pressure? This parameters are very important and tell about your general condition. If your heart rate is over 100, you may be dehydrated. If your blood pressure is low, dehydration can be the case.
If your heart rate is fine as well as blood pressure, no chest pain, no shortness of breath, you do not have to visit ER.
Dizziness can be caused by sever issues including heart problems, narrow cervical arteries, internal ear infection and many more.
I suggest you to consult cardiologist, neurologist and laryngologist to have dizziness property diagnosed. But there is no urgency.
