Brief Answer:
Reduction in dose of clonazepam.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through your query and can understand your concern. The symptoms that you have mentioned can be very much due to clonazepam.

Clonzepam is a sedative and anxiolytic drug. One of its most important actions is causing sedation. As you have mentioned, you are on 0.5 mg of clonazepam for around 10 days, you can reduce your dosage to 0.25 mg per day for now. The reduction in dosage will take care of the symptoms that you have mentioned. Depending on the improvement, further decision regarding completely stopping the medication can be taken thereafter.

I do hope I was able to answer your query. Please feel free to ask any further query that you may have.

Best wishes,

Dr. Sunil Gupta
