Question : Started today feeling dizzy, light headed and I have pain in my belly just above the groin area and I am voiding more than usual. Recent changes in life; eating more nutritiously watching salt intake and consuming about 5 16.9 oz of water per day (previously zero), I've lost 10 lbs over the last month. Which is all good, but.... I am on 2 BP meds, diuretic, 1 cup of coffee a day and my MD just changed one of the BP meds.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and this is suggestive of a possible drop in blood pressure. If all these changes came in after starting your blood pressure medications, they may actually need lower doses or one of them dropped if the blood pressure has significantly dropped. I believe the increased urination mirrors the increased fluids intake and should not be of any concern to you.
