Thanks for posting your query in hcm.
I would like to know your age and gender
Is your headache one sided?
Do you have nausea as well?
Your details provided are inadequate to arrive to a conclusion though usually, headache and dizziness is related to blood pressure or a migraine headache.
You need to get evaluated for the same.
I would recommend you to get your blood pressure tested for 3 consecutive days.
Also, if the pain is present only on a half side of your head it maybe a migraine headache for which you may take tablet Ibuprofen 400 mg during a bout of headache.
