                                    Brief Answer:
Benign positional vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Balance of the body is a very important function of ears. As you have vertigo on lying down, it is positional vertigo. Please get a pure tone audiometry done to see the amount and type of hearing loss. It will tell about neural loss also. Your ENT doctor will know about this test.
Presence of hearing loss and vertigo is a feature of inner ear disease. And tablet promethazine thrice daily should help you. This is a prescription drug.
Follow up with the reports so that I can suggest you better.
Take care
Thanks and regards
