From what you have described it sounds like you need a focused consultation and comprehensive physical examination in addition to possibly some additional lab studies and maybe imaging.
If you did not have any evidence of infection but still had evidence of blood in the urine then your doctors need to rule out other possible causes including inflammation of your kidneys or bladder.
You have a collection of symptoms which does not necessarily point to any obvious cause. For this reason I think you should try to make an appointment with your primary care doctor to go over all of your symptoms and some diagnostic considerations.
