I have reviewed this information fully. If dizziness started just this afternoon take some best rest, relax and get this blood pressure controlled one hour after the medications and report the values to me. I will also like to know what our regular blood pressure values. With dizziness, you could fall easily with associated consequences. I suggest that you avoid upright positions and refrain from walking unassisted as we try to understand more and bring this under control.
