What Causes Dizziness And Light Headedness After Inhaling Fumes Of Rubber?

Question: Hi,
I burned a pot by accident in the microwave (the label safe microwave safe). the handles were made of rubber I guess and I inhaled the fumes for a couple seconds. I am beginning to feel light headed and dizzy. Should I call a health center, or is there something I can do at home?
