Hello ,Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
first of all ai need to know for which problem were you undergoing acupuncture?
Is the dizziness and imbalance new or did you experience it before?
I would suggest you to go slow today dont do heavy work, dont turn side to side suddenly. Avoid jerky movements of the neck.
I also want to know if you have any headache or ear pain
Meanwhile take Tab betaserc to decrease your dizziness.
Dont lock the washroom if you are still dizzy or have imbalance.
