You should avoid high temp, drink plenty of fluids
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!
I read carefully your query.
It is important to keep your blood pressure near normal range 120/80 mmHg.
Your blood pressure of 91/47 is considered very low and your symptoms of dizziness and light headed are due to hypotension.
This symptoms are more obvious when you change your body position and stand up to fast.
Either high blood pressure and low blood pressure are not good for you.
When you are working in high temperatures your body lose fluids and salts and if you don't replace these by drinking plenty of fluids during that time your will become dehydrated and have low blood pressure.
If your blood pressure has been low only today or a few days and for most of the days in a month it is normal then you don't need to worry.
Just avoid being in such high temperatures and drink plenty of fluids.
If your BP continue to stay so low you probably need to skip your blood pressure medication till your BP is normal again.
If your BP is low for most of the days in a month then you need to consult your treating doctor because your medication dosage need to be changed.
Hope my answer has helped. If you have any further question please feel free to write me,I will be happy to help.
Take care.
